What Do You Offer?
We offer luxe picnic packages for both DIY (Do It Yourself) hire and packages where we do the picnic delivery, set up, styling and pack down for you.
How do we know how to set it up and style it?
Included in your styling pack is a step by step process as well as images to guide you through the entire styling process.
What colour schemes are available for the picnic packages?
We offer blush pink, peach, all white, beige/neutrals and rust/terracotta.
Do I get to choose the pieces that go into the picnic package?
No. We have handpicked all the pieces that go into the picnic packages. We hope you trust our years of styling experience and know you’re in safe hands with what we select. You can choose picnic colour scheme, seating options and number of people you want to cater the event for.
Do I need to wash the hire equipment?
Yes. Please wash all plates, glasses and cutlery in a dishwasher and place back in boxes. All items are dishwasher safe. Napkins and tablecloths and table runners do not need to be cleaned as we use a professional cleaning service for these.
Can I collect my DIY Picnic Package myself?
Yes! We offer free pick up from Dernancourt SA 5075.
When do we collect and return our hire package?
Collection is Friday 5-7pm and returned by 5pm the following Monday. Please get in touch with us if you need a specific collection time and we will do our best to make an alternate time but please understand it is not always guaranteed.
Will my DIY picnic package fit in a standard car?
Yes, our picnic packages have been designed to fold and compact for easy transport. Picnic packages fit comfortably in a standard sedan car.
What happens if we damage the hire equipment?
Accidents happen and we understand this. If something happens to the hire equipment, contact LK Pop Up Picnics and we can work together to resolve the issue. The customer is liable to pay for any extra costs involved with replacing hire equipment that have been returned damaged or excessively marked.
What if I don’t want to set up a DIY picnic package?
We offer a small selection of spots throughout the year for people who would like their event styled and set up for them.
What if no one is home for delivery?
We will leave your picnic package in a safe spot on the premises.
Can I ask for a specific time for delivery?
Due to the nature of this little business, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Our drivers must take the most efficient routes of delivery so we can keep our delivery prices down. We always welcome you contacting us regarding your order if you need specific times, we will always try our very best to help out. You can also pop some info in our further instructions and we'll always try, but please understand it's not a guarantee.
How much is the delivery fee for a DIY Picnic Package?
Delivery and collection fee for our DIY Picnic Packages are $150 ($75 each way) and we service areas 20km from Dernancourt SA 5075.
